AIR TRANSPORTATION: Round-trip air transportation from the USA will be via economy class jet service aboard IATA and ARC carriers, utilizing APEX or SUPER APEX non-refundable, non-amenable tickets for groups flying together on the entire itinerary. International flight times will be confirmed to the travel agent at least 45 days prior to departure. Airline tickets must be finalized and issued a minimum of 30 days prior to departure. Once tickets have been issued, they cannot be refunded or exchanged and are subject to cancellation penalties. Your flight times are subject to change without advance notice. Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. is not responsible for changes and delays in airline schedules, and does not reimburse passengers for expenses resulting from delays.
LUGGAGE: Portage and handling of ONE piece of baggage per person is included. On airlines, the free baggage allowance is according to the size and not weight. Apart from the usual accessories (handbag, camera, etc.) each passenger may have ONE piece of carry-one luggage. Airline liability for passenger’s baggage is stated on contract included on all tickets and shall not exceed the actual loss, subject to proof. Baggage is at “Owner’s Risk” throughout the tour offered from and return to US Departure City. Priority Travel & Tours, Inc., will advise you on baggage insurance.
HOTELS: Class of hotels as listed on brochure throughout according to The Official Hotel & Resort Guide. All hotels are with private bath or shower. The per person cost is based on sharing twin-bedded rooms. A limited number of single rooms are available at the supplement indicated.
MEAL SERVICE: Meals as stated on the itinerary. Coffee or tea included with breakfast, but as is customary overseas NOT included with lunch or dinner and costs extra if requested. Meals while in flight are according to custom of the airline involved and shall be considered the meal service appropriate to the time of day. Airline flight schedules may cause a missed meal service en route, for which no responsibility can be accepted. Special dietary meals cannot be guaranteed on the land tour.
SIGHTSEEING: As indicated in itinerary with service of local English-speaking guides including entrance fees.
INSURANCE: Trip cancellation, baggage and health/accident insurance is available from Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. and is strongly recommended.
TRANSFERS: Between all arrival, departure points and hotels with ONE suitcase except in the USA
GRATUITIES/VISA FEES/MISCELLANEOUS TAXES: Depending on tour, costs for all tips, taxes and visa fees will be advised.
EXTRA COSTS: If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will assign you a roommate, if one is available. If there is no one with whom you can share, you will be invoiced for a single room. Tips for services en route and cost for obtaining visas are NOT included and are an extra cost. In the event of airline schedule changes, additional costs may be incurred by the passenger(s).
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: The deposit stated on the registration form per person is required to confirm tour acceptance and will be applied to total price of program selected. Payments should be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided to the Tour Host. Balance is due in full at least 90 days prior to departure unless stated otherwise in the agreement between the Tour Host and Priority Travel and Tours, Inc. Final payments not made by the due date (90 days prior to departure) are subject to a $50.00 late charge, which should be included in the final payment. Up to 89 days prior to departure, if airline tickets have been issued, refunds will be on land portion only, otherwise a full refund will be made less $300.00 administration fee. 60 days to the day of departure any refund is at the discretion of Priority Travel and Tours, Inc. No refunds for services or sightseeing rendered and not used by tour members.
In the event that tour does not reach the minimum of 15 persons prior to departure, Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or change the tour in whole or in part at anytime. The sole obligation of Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. is to refund payments received in connection herewith if not acceptable to tour members. All cancellations must be in writing.
DOCUMENTS/HEALTH/HANDICAPPED: A valid passport must be held by each tour member. Passports must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from date of departure. No vaccination or revaccination is required nor is any particular health requirement applicable. Tour members are expected to be in good health. Tour members who require special assistance must be accompanied by a helper who is totally responsible for that tour member.
RESPONSIBILITY/MANAGEMENT: Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. and/or its agents act only in the capacity as an agent for the participant in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sightseeing, transportation whether by rail, air, motor coach, boat or other types of conveyance and the components constituting the tour, and as agent holds itself, it’s agents or sub-agents, free of responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularly, or additional expense arising from changes in schedule, fire, weather, breakdown in machinery or equipment, sickness quarantines, acts of governments or other authorities De jure or De facto, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, improper documentation, or for any cause beyond its control. Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. shall not be liable for any act of omission by any individual or firm contracted for services or facilities on behalf of the participant. We also reserve the right to withdraw the tour, reschedule the departure, amend the itinerary, substitute hotels of comparable quality and generally make any alteration or substitution if improvements can be made or operating requirements make it advisable, or unforeseen conditions beyond our control deem changes to accept or retain any person whose actions, department, mental or physical condition impose upon or disturb other tour members or impede the operation of the tour. Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. liability is limited to refund of the unused land services. Comprehensive travel insurance, which covers much of the above, is available for your protection. Transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the carriers concerned, when used, shall constitute the sole contract between the Transportation Companies, and the purchaser of the tour(s) or cruise(s) and/or passengers and Priority Travel & Tours, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility in connection therewith.
AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITIES: Airline is responsible only for the air travel portion of these tours performed by it on behalf of tour participants in accordance with the terms and conditions of their individual passage contracts and subject laws, treaties and regulations governing air transportation. Tour services including but not limited to carriage by land or sea, guide service, hotel accommodations, restaurants and all services other than carriage by air furnished by contractors who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of airline and airline shall not be held responsible for any act, omission, or event occurring prior to the passenger’s embarkation upon or disembarkation from aircraft. The usual passage contract used by airline when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the tour participant, and in purchasing a passage contract as a part of this tour, the participant acknowledges and accepts the foregoing conditions. Airline is not to be held responsible for any act; omission or event during the time passengers is not on board its aircraft.
